Cold

I never really wanted you to see,
The screwed up side of me that I keep,
Locked inside of me so deep,
It always seems to get to me.

I never really wanted you to go,
So many things you should have known,
I guess for me theres just no hope.

I never meant to be so cold

Blado Donato

*Don't read this post if you can't stand gory pictures..hahaha*

This morning I had a short meeting with the creche supervisor and my big boss. We discussed on certain issues and no headaches were created later. What a relieve!

Blood Donation day today at the S* and as usual I will bring out my little red book from the deep corners of my drawer. This book has a record of how often I donate blood to the 'Tabung Darah Negara' and I've never brought out this book from my workplace. And most of the donation happens in the S* itself.

Went to the Exhibition Hall to check out the crowd and saw Syeda, Farah and Jo (lying down ready to donate her life..er..I mean blood). I've thought of asking Syeda to donate blood the same time with me but then again I was too late..lol. I knew if I were to go through the screening procedure they will tell me to take breakfast first and come back in 20 minutes. I haven't had any meal so as expected I went to 'tapau' my breakfast and ate at my cubicle.

Emailed Syeda to tell her my intentions this morning, to my surprise she herself need to take breakfast and come back later for the blood donation. We agreed to meet up at the hall at about 10.21 am.

It was time to donate and as I arrive Syeda was already in the queue of people waiting to donate their life..I mean blood. Register was easy as stated below:

  1. Fill up the form and a card (the card is only for first timers or without the red book). I myself am a regular doner so no card for me.

  2. First step of screening, they will check your blood type by making a very tiny miny wound to the flat surface on one of your fingers. Just a fast and short pinch with an antiseptic needle. Don't worry about the pain, is a short moment and you don't need to scream actually..hahaha. They will press the finger to bring out a lil blood so that they take it via some tool and do some test. I found out from my colleague who organizes the donation drive that if the blood drop sinks in the blue liquid at a fast rate it means no donation for the person today. This blue liquid is contained in a transparent container located just next to the tester guy. Asked my colleague why and her answer was "Dunno"...

  3. Next would be the blood pressure, if its too high they will tell you to take a rest for 10-20 minutes and come back later. Mine was a bit high and they doctor gave me a 'green light' to proceed.

  4. Now the data entry part, the lady behind the laptop silently types in information as I pass her my form. The only words she said was "Sila teruskan"....

  5. Ermm..I think i may have make this post too long so lets make it short.

  6. Sat on chair, fold up sleeve, check for blood veins, apply 'cool' liquid with cotton, insert needle and the blood flows.

Completed the donation procedure and the nurse ask me whether I have any headaches and I said no. The nurse beside her asks her if I'm alright since I look pale. So to make certain I won't faint they arrange my sitting position that my legs were facing upwards while I rest.

As usual they will put a plaster on my wound and advice me to have some refreshments (standard procedure I presume). I have been donating blood for five times in S* since 2004 and I've never had a minor experience of paleness, sitting with leg upwards a bit and a 'lebam' at my arm. Hehehe wanna see the pic after I pulled out the plaster....

A - Is the spot where they put the needle.

B - The 'lebam' which will be gone in 2 weeks or less

And the end of it all, theres nothing to be worth worrying about. No death's, no screams, no yelling...and whatever you can think of can happen during a blood donation session. The doctors and workers are professional at what they do and they will know if you are eligible to be a donor. Last advice is of course to never ever...ever...ever lie to yourself when filing up the form.

Careless mistakes you might take it lightly but puts a heavy burden on the blood receiver.

^_^

I'm still searching on a rave tune/beat that was one of my favourites during college days and till now I can't remember who was the DJ...was it Paul Van D**, Armin Van B*** or Tiesto. Anyway Monday is here..so...guess I'll see some moody faces at work...lol.

Felt like posting this video eventhough is old but heck!...gotta think positive or you might end up sick.

Enjoy!

Aduhai

Most of my music CD collections are original and don't ask why I am willing to spend that much money on them.
~
I have friends who borrow the CD's and returns them in good condition untill came this one guy....
~
Let's name him Mr. "F" and please be reminded that it does not relate to anything which is dirty or vulgar. Is just that "F" is stated in-between his real name.
~
On one sweet day, he was looking through my CD collection and was wondering if he could lend my MCR Three Cheers For Sweet Revenge album. I as usual being the nice guy for sure have said yes with a smile.
~
Today he returned my CD and as I put it in my computer's CD player, the played music was not smooth and I thought it could be the player. My guess was wrong as the track progresses, it gets worse and I start to feel soooo frustrated. My colleague who sits next to my cubicle told me to bring out the CD because the music sounds irritating.
~
Well from the looks of the CD, scratches and fingerprints all over the silver surface (area where the laser reads..lol...you do know what I'm talking about right?). This is going to be tough for the next person who wants to borrow one of my CD's...sigh.
~
Tension siut!

X Syiok

Warghhhh...I know everyone has his/her own good and badside but why this person that I know is sooooooooo lazy. I can understand if you can't read english, can't write and can't use the computer. Gawd!!! for goodness you're a SEO (Senior Executive Officer) ranking person and if you can't do it, ask your subordinates to help..but Nooo!...I have to do it. Plus I'm not even if your department.....arghhhhh! If murder was legal, I'll be happy :) ....hahaha

On the happier side, can't wait to get myself Armin Van Buuren 's 10 Years. I saw it once in a music store and told myself to buy it next week but somehow it was no longer in stock. So I told myself "hmmm...I'll search for it some other time" and it has been few months I did nothing at all about it. Last night while listening to Tiesto, suddenly I thought about it and quickly put a task/reminder in my PDA.

Now my PDA will remind me not only on contracts and events but also this CD...me soooo naive..or was it 'jakun'....right? ^_^

Let Me Go

I suddenly thought about CT since her birthday is next month plus her confession a few months back. I've kept saying the same thing over and over but she insists that her feelings remain the same...sigh. With that I express my feelings through this song and hopefully she reads this post....

~
One more kiss could be the best thing
Or one more lie could be the worst
And all these thoughts are never resting
And your not something I deserve

CHORUS
In my head there's only you now
This world falls on me
In this world there's real and make believe
And this seems real to me
And you love me but you don't know who I am
I'm torn between this life I lead and where I stand
And you love me but you don't know who I am
So let me go, let me go

I dream ahead to what I hope for
And I turn my back on loving you
How can this love be a good thing
And I know what I'm going through

CHORUS

And no matter how hard I try
I can't escape these things inside
I know, I know
But all the pieces fall apart
You will be the only one who knows, who knows

You love me but you don't know who I am
I'm torn between this life I lead and where I stand
And you love me but you don't know who I am
So let me go, just let me go

(you don't know)
You love me but you don't
You love me but you don't
(you don't know)
You love me but you don't know who I am

(you don't know)
You love me but you don't
You love me but you don't
(you don't know)
You love me but you don't know me

Game On

I have been playing World of Warcraft (WoW) since late December last year and honestly it is still a great past time for me to spend at home.

Been creating numerous characters ranging from different races and classes finally ends up with two committed characters. One is a Night Elf Hunter and the other a Blood Elf Paladin with both on the same server but different faction.

After levelling my Hunter for quite sometime I notice that being such character does have its ups and downs. Hunters being famous for its long range attacks and strong pet companions are excellent at grinding areas alone however it can be lonely at certain times. Any hunting groups or raiding parties considers a hunter to be their last option in any situation. With such environment, playing a Mass Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game (MMORPG) can be boring without any interaction with other players. Don’t get me wrong, is not that I don’t communicate but there is a difference when saying “hi, how are you” to friend and saying “I’ll lure them up and you support me with everything you got!” to your team-mate.

Froze my Hunter character and start anew with a Paladin which I knew will get numerous invitations and I wasn’t wrong at all. I was able to level up my Paladin faster than my Hunter thanks to quest co-op and dungeon raids.

Last night my team consists of a Mage, a Priest, a Rogue and a Paladin like myself stormed Shadowfang Keep which its inhabitants are giant wolves, werewolves, banshees and restless souls. Everything went well at first with two tankers (me and the other Paladin), a range damage dealer (Mage), a range healer (Priest) and a stealth scout (Rogue) however not all is perfect.

Our Rogue kept ‘aggroing’ the enemies to the team’s area and somehow it irritates us all. If only we were able to communicate via headset, I’ll be shouting “Oii!, don’t be a hero and march in alone, I know you got stealth skills f*&^$%r”. To end our frustration, we communicate to each other in whisper mode and let the Rogue go forward and die alone. True enough, he went in alone while all of us ran far far away from him and he died. All of us laugh and he left the team quietly (disconnect from server). If you would like to know how a WoW character laugh, just type /laugh (in the game) and you will hear a sarcastic laughter that goes with the characters face and body expression.

At the end of the raid, we met Archmage Arugal and he was a tough bugger to be dealt with especially with his arcane spells and teleportation. The fight was brutally hard but thankfully we have a Mage and a Priest that knows how to handle dire situations since their armour being the most weakest. With Arugal’s death, we cheered and greet each other farewell hoping there would be another co-op in the near future.

If only my lil brother knew why I was laughing in front of the laptop…hahaha..

SC Annual Dinner 2007

At first she was my table partner and then she made plans without informing me. It had to be someone else that informs me about the changes. I'm so dissapointed with her. We are just friends yet somehow I don't deserve the respect of a good friend.I don't mind if she changes her seating place because is her own choice and freewill. After trying to stay cool and not being angry at her, I think for awhile and then I realise something. I'm part of the organising committee and for surely i have no time for her except during the event session. Plus she does not recognise those that sits around my table. Hmmm...maybe i'm going overboard with this matter, oh well.....what happened has happened..life goes on i suppose ^_^.

I'll be alone at my table...sob sob...with my committee members : P.

Three C's

I was bored and unable to log in to my Friendster account due to some problem with their system or someone has hack it and made it inaccessible to me. Reported the problem and the only option left according to their lengthy email is to create a new account. Oh well….back to the drawing board.

Anyway as I was browsing my friend’s profile in Friendster, can’t help to notice a familiar face among her group of friends and it was Lyn from my workplace. There wasn’t that much in her profile since she joined Friendster like a month ago. The only detail that caught my eye is her status which is ‘single'.
*
Minutes later I emailed her about it and ask why she does not have a boyfriend/special someone and the answer was “I’m a person who is quite easy to be friends with but at the end of the day; I will judge and make the ‘call’”. Hmmm…a picky person isn’t she but then again my reply was “Is wise to be selective because is your life yet sometimes being too picky is kind of dangerous”. Plus I even told her that she got the looks but then again who am I to judge and assume that she already has one secretly = P.
*
Later on she gave a remark about me and yet I can’t figure out whether it is true or not as I kept giggling (in a disbelief manner) in front of the monitor.
*
She said “You surely got admirers. The first time I saw you, I thought you were cute and you are still till now”. And she added “If people didn’t know you, they might think you’re cocky base on your facial expression but cute!!”. I told myself “Sure or noootttt?”
Ain't I cocky and cute enough for you, eyyy Buffy!
During tea-break asked Zaidi about the first impression that I gave when he didn’t knew me and he said “Cold”. The same question were given to my senior colleagues and their answer was either “Jaga Macho” or “Girls would not dare to be near me is like you already have lots of girlfriend”. Waaaaargh…….I didn’t know my normal face impression would give such message. My dad even agrees with the cocky part….Adoi!

The reason why I look cold is because no one wants to be friends with me.

Renee was the last person I ask and her answer was “You look cunning but before I knew you during college days, you look shy”. So I told her about Lyn and the rest of my friends that gave similar or different remarks. Adrian heard the conversation and labelled me three C’s which is Cocky yet Cute but Cunning. Three of us laugh out loud and I guess working in a certain department with such drama creates a certain aura around a person.

Me ship is fast and I'm a cunning captain, savvy!

At the end of the day, I might as well look like this.......Hahaha!

Gugu gaga?

Emperor

Tok Yah (grandfather) and Opah (grandmother) is coming to KL today and will be staying for a week at my house. This things usually happens only when my mom arranges a doctor’s appointment for him or someone here in KL is really sick or worst…..dying:-&.

For this purpose, the prayer room also known as the guest room was cleared of dust and irrelevant items since last Sunday. Unfortunately, my customized bed had to be dismantled and rebuilt in the prayer room for the comfort of my grandparents. Of course I would be the one who does it and left with only a thick mattress to lie on…..I-

Food expenditure will surely going to cost more with Tok Yah being well known for his taste of good food. I don’t mind all that pricey dish but the most annoying thing that I would not like to see is when he picks up any food from the lauk with a spoon and put it in his mouth. After that place back the spoon into the lauk dish. Geli giler!!!:(

Nevertheless he is my grandfather and I’ve always love him no matter how wrong are his actions and words. When I was small, he treated me so well like his own favourite grandson but then again I ‘m the eldest among cousins and the only boy around…..hehehe. Plus he always defends me from my mom everytime something went wrong.

I am speechless when it comes to Opah who I admire ^:)^the most among many. If I were to award her a title, it would be “Nenek Melayu Islam Terakhir”. She cooks good food, takes care of my little cousins (noisy bunch) with ease and able to handle Tok Yah’s attitude which is sometimes mind boggling…hahaha@-).

With the emperor around, going back home late night or even after 12 is going to be tough….if not he will start to blablabla with my parents and my parents will blablabla at me whereas I would be like yesyesyes:-@.

Jakun Betul

Three weeks back, I made a purchase through Amazon.com and it will be my second time doing so via online. The first one was the time that I couldn’t find a Manga volume anywhere in PJ/KL. Possibility to pre-order from shops is there but it may take more than a month to arrive. Out of curiosity, decided to try out Amazon after an advice from a colleague of mine at work.

Two weeks later it arrived and I felt excited like a monkey who just got itself a new mobile phone..hahaha. Knowing the Manga content is meant for mature readers, who would have guess it could pass through customs…geeee how naïve I am.

This month, two Manga volumes were not available and again Amazon was my online vendor of choice. This time, besides the two volumes, I try to purchase a DVD box set of an Anime which is certainly not suitable for young kids and not a Hentai material at all.

The package from Amazon arrived safely to its designated location and surprisingly my DVD player was able to read Region 1 DVD format. All this while I’ve always assume that the player will not be able to read a Region 1 DVD but I was wrong and Brien was right…..hmpth!.

Hmmmm…whats next from Amazon.com….by the way, a wall of Ghost Warriors sure kicks ass!

Mothers Day

A nice Sunday night, "Mothers Day".....suddenly told to do house cleaning by mom. Dad watches football while younger bro goes to sleep early (yeah right!). Sweating like mad throughout the night, tomorrow is working Monday, feel like screaming at mom, but is not proper because is "Mothers Day". Stress and frustration builds up within self then came lil godsis at the front gate with a "Mothers Day" gift...urghhhh.

Up yours!

Thanks to Malaysia's main ISP, lots of Malaysian players in Mythwar Online are considered laggers (at a certain time) and this effects the Malaysian gamers at an international level...grrr. My rant also goes to this one spanish player who likes to spread news about how nooby and laggy Malaysian players are to other players from SEA, Europe, USA and other known countries. Thank gawd he does not understand Malay curses...hahaha

Long & Winding Beezhy Smeezhy

Tonight at Andak's house, my family and Aunt Chik Dah's family will be having a great barbeque dinner. For this reason, I might just drink teh 'o' ais kosong for lunch and tea break as to make sure that my stomach is ready for tonight. Also I must remain vigilant not to eat lamb or beef as I have not been doing any workouts for the whole last week.

Nobody notices till Yuriko told me that she has not seen me in gym lately during our chat in MSN last two nights. Yuriko is not her actual name but if I were to put her real name, she might give me a penampar or worst a penumbuk...honestly she's not that kejam larr. Anyway i told her that my godmom was moribund since last week Sunday and I have been on standby mode till her day of death which falls on late night Tuesday.

What I did not mention to her is that the following day I took leave and assisted the arwahs' family in every Islamic aspects related to the arwah's burial at Bukit Kiara graveyard. The next day was a holiday and on Friday I was in no mood to work as time flows smoothly like it was on a sweet Sunday.

She understands and hopes to see me in gym this week or not I might have to treat her sushi...hohoho.

Tomorrow I am still undecided whether to follow dad for his MCKK (Malay College Kuala Kangsar) lunch gathering or meet up with my Malaysian OBer's to discuss on Sky's visit to KL. Once a decision is made, I will call Blue and Elfy on the outcome and hopefully is a good one.

Bluemaxx, Elfboy, Skysenshi and Saintvamp (myself) are nick names in an anime and manga forum called Otaku Fridge Boards. Here's the weird part, I know Blue and Elfy personally however they themselves does not know each other in real life. So it is time for me to introduce them to one another personally. Sky, who is not a Malaysian, a big boss of the forum board will visit KL and we as Malaysian OBer's must treat her like a queen...chewahh!.

Me and the rest of the guys actually have five days to plan before she arrives in KL by train from Singapore. Last friday, me and Elfy had lunch and discussed on the initial plans for this coming Sunday for Sky's visit. I've asked Elfy to talk with her whether she wants to be treated like a tourist or we do whatever she wants to do plus is her boyfriend coming along. Once we know the answers, is easier for us to plan the logistics but I sure wish Kamisama came along with Sky but then again she is married..warghhh...sob sob..: (.

On Wednesday, me and the boyz of my family will be watching the movie Spiderman 3 and hopefully it answers my questions on where does the black symbiote comes from and what happens to Venom at the end. I already know the storyline is different from the original but when it involves the black costume....eyes starts to itch on how moviemakers will make the symbiote alive.

By the way, after Venom there is Carnage and his siblings Scream, Agony, Lasher, Riot and Phage. Carnage refers to Venom as dad since both symbiote are related except for the host. Later on emerges She-Venom, Hybrid and Toxin who is Carnage's son also known as one of Spidey's best ally. There are so many things to talk about the Black Costume Saga but that will be another day..

Thursday and Friday is back to work for me and on Saturday morning and afternoon I have plans which are unavoidable. Sunday would be Skysenshi's day........waaaa sibuk giler siut!

Die! By the hand of CHAOS!

Mythwar Online, arrrrgh…the addiction is killing me softly.

I have not been blogging for quite some time due to the fact that I only spend five minutes on emails, browse my friendster frontpage and read other peoples blog sites. Ideas and thoughts fills this head of mine to blog however addiction takes over and the rest of my computer time has been taken up by killing monsters, selling stuff, interact with international players, helping newbies, guild wars and friendly battles.

Yes folks, Mythwar Online is in my blood stream, the poison is so sweet that I actually have a schedule on what to do at specific days such at levelling (myself or my battle pets), guild war, blacksmith training, special events, quests and open a market stall at locations which are quite competitive among vendors. Isn’t it exciting but wait there is more….the graphic are a weee bit similar with the game Diablo (salute to Blizzard!), gameplay is either real time (interactions) or turn base (battle mode) and lastly it is FREE.

Haaaa….. before your online gaming addiction takes over, check out the website first, just to be on a safe side. Ahh yes… there are no monthly payments like the online games we have at the moment in Malaysia and this include registration and installation.

You might say it is an unhealthy activity as you just sit there while your body starts to be lazy and building up fats due to zero body movement. Fortunately thanks to some friends of mine (the gaming gang & work colleagues), I am a full time member of the nearest gym centre and my schedule is like three times per week. I might say more on toning rather than building my own body. Less weights, more repetitions and hopefully have the initiative to join the various classess…..muahaha. Usually I’ll be club or bar hopping (it was the ‘perasan’ days) but now is gym hopping.

Alright lah…that’s all for now and hopefully this post answers to those who would want to know what I have been doing since someone refer to me as MIA (missing in action) or in other words SENYAP.

Build God, Then We'll Talk (BGTWT)

While visiting my usual web forums, realised that it has been a long time that I have not watched Panic! At The Disco’s music videos (MV) especially the latest ones. The MV’s are “Lying is the most fun a girl can have without taking her clothes off” and “BGTWT”.

Watched both videos in YouTube and the BGTWT video will surely never pass our ‘akta penapisan’ unless they can accept sexual acts with clothes on and no skin to skin touch. If ‘penapisan’ does transpire, the media (I meant the video not the mass media) might end up as a simple presentation rather than a music video….biasa lar.

There is no nudity in it however the only worrying part is when naïve kids starts to ask their parents question like “Daddy, what is the MIME doing?”..

Yes folks, there is a MIME and he is doing obscene acts alone on stage with an invisible women which we know is not there. Guess what does he do with his wife during ‘project’ hour and better still when the wife is alone. Invisible wedding ring anyone?

Some might give good comments on the video while others might condemn it and say “Your video sucks but we still love you”……hahahah

The lyric does have a deeper meaning and the MV producer/director is trying his/her best to fit a storyline that matches the song. Nobody is perfect, so for me I may say is a good video but confusing to majority of mindsets.

For those who want to see the video, just click on the links and if your internet speed is fast, consider yourself lucky. Those who can’t wait…then don’t see lorrrr =P

Again just a reminder to some….I bought their CD not because of their music videos but their music.
